We prepare Home Information Packs (Hips)
From 1 August 2007, anyone selling a house or flat will be required to put together a Home Information Pack (Hip). The requirement will be extended to smaller properties in the future and sellers who fail to produce a Hip could receive a substantial fine.
We prepare Hips using only official local searches as preferred by most Lenders (and not searches from personal search companies)

What does a Hip contain?
Packs will include:
- Evidence of title
- Copies of planning, listed building or building regulations consents
- A local search
- Guarantees for any work on the property
- An energy performance certificate.
- Water/Drainage Search
